W.H.A.T. maintains several policies to ensure that all of our guests are safe and enjoy their experience at the theater.
SPECIAL NEEDS SEATING
W.H.A.T. does not offer wheelchair accessibility at this time. We are working to install these capabilities. If you or someone in your party requires services, please call us to discuss arrangements and availability.
CAMERAS & OTHER DEVICES
For the respect, comfort and safety of the actors and patrons, the use of cameras and recording devices is not permitted. Please ensure that all noise-making electronics (phones, pagers, PDAs, handheld games, etc.) are turned off before the show starts.
For the respect, comfort and safety of the patrons who arrived on time, if you arrive after the show has started, you will be seated in the back of the theatre (at the House Manager’s discretion) until intermission. At that time, an usher will be happy to show you your assigned seats.
Beverages (including soft drinks, coffee & tea) as well as snacks are available before performances and at intermission.
W.H.A.T. has a designated parking lot behind our theatre. You can enter the parking lot from Oakwood Avenue. We recommend that you arrive early to find parking. We suggest 25 minutes before curtain.
